Tell us about your favorite/one of your DA:O Wardens: My canon Warden is Opal Brosca, a rogue who romances Zevran and has a whole ton of issues about her Dust Town upbringing, even after the Blight.
Tell us about your favorite/one of your DA2 Hawkes: Canon is Rowena Hawke, a rogue with a protective streak a mile wide when it comes to her family. Romances Anders, Bethany goes to the Circle.
Favorite storyline/quest: I'm actually quite interested in the Orzammar storyline - not necessarily the whole Deep Roads thing, but the politics and issues with the dwarven culture are fascinating.
What are you most looking forward to with Inquisition: Falling in love with a whole new batch of characters - and a handful of old ones. Having a new team of friends and allies to write stories about. Learning more about the lore behind the Fade and the Old Gods and whatever else they throw our way.
If you create fanworks (fic, art, etc) for DA, recommend one to us: My favorite of the DA fic I've written so far is Children of a Lesser God. Warden Bethany/Cullen, post DA2, in which they're both trying to put Kirkwall back together in the aftermath of the Chantry.
Anything else you want us to know: My DW journal is friends locked, but I'm fairly open to friending anyone who doesn't mind hearing about my personal life and whatever else comes to mind at any given point!

5 Favorite Dragon Age Characters: Carver, Fenris, Morrigan, Isabela, Hawke.
Tell us about your favorite/one of your DA:O Wardens: My first Warden was Meira Cousland, quiet and cautious, but assertive when it came to dual-wielding combat. It took her a while to warm to Alistair, who she eventually romanced.
Tell us about your favorite/one of your DA2 Hawkes: My first Hawke was Sylvia, a diplomatic rogue who tried her best to reconcile both sides. Even though she supported the mages it wasn't blindly, and she romanced Fenris after they got really close.
Favorite storyline/quest: Fenris' entire story arc.
What are you most looking forward to with Inquisition: More Thedas, more characters, old characters appearing.
If you create fanworks (fic, art, etc) for DA, recommend one to us: Well, one of each... Art of Fenris, and Light, my longest DA fic to date. I've also written a bit of DA poetry.

Tell us about your favorite/one of your DA:O Wardens: My "canon" is a dual-wield rogue Cousland who is surprised at how well she does leading the fight against the Blight. She never really had to worry about being a leader, that was always the responsibility of someone else in her family.
Tell us about your favorite/one of your DA2 Hawkes: My "canon" Hawke is a dual-wield rogue who would be in a poly triad with Fenris and Isabela if the game would allow it. She's sarcastic and some days she's just DONE with everyone and everything.
Favorite storyline/quest: This is surprisingly hard! I think in DAO, my favorite section is Haven. I find it interesting in both a DA lore sense, and I really enjoy playing through that section. In DA2, it might actually be the Legacy DLC. That might have something to do with the fact that it's still relatively new and novel for me since I've only played it a couple of times, but I like the story, I like that you can have your sibling with you, and it's just fun.
What are you most looking forward to with Inquisition: Getting to know all the new characters. And Varric.
If you create fanworks (fic, art, etc) for DA, recommend one to us: I haven't yet, alas! Now that both my usual cowriters have been playing, something will happen.
Anything else you want us to know: Apropos of the questions about Hawkes and Wardens, I've been finding it a lot easier to conceptualize them as characters because of the Keep. I've made 6 world states at this point, most of which with characters I've never actually played. I don't tend to really roleplay a character as I play, so having all those choices in front of me made it easier for me to come up with different stories and motivations for these Hawkes and Wardens I'm going to be importing into DAI.

Tell us about your favorite/one of your DA:O Wardens: My first Bioware character ever was Martya Brosca, a well meaning commoner dwarf rogue who acted on instinct and screwed up EVERYTHING (Harrowmont on the throne! Had to kill Zevran! Accidentally killed Alistair!) but ended up happy anyway (I replayed the ending and she and Alistair ran off to be Wardens together)
Tell us about your favorite/one of your DA2 Hawkes: May was a mage inspired by Azula from Avatar the Last Airbender who tried to rival everyone but couldn't cope with everyone hating her (because I am weak) and got way nicer as the game progressed. She is in a poly triad with Isabela and Fenris and I am ignoring any evidence to the contrary ;)
Favorite storyline/quest: The first thing that comes to mind is Dagna
What are you most looking forward to with Inquisition: Playing as a qunari! Being a dwarf again! FEELINGS
If you create fanworks (fic, art, etc) for DA, recommend one to us: Hmm! I think my comic series Various Attempts at Romance in Dragon Age Origins has something for everyone, though be warned the art starts out VERY sketchy.
Anything else you want us to know: I lean very much towards a focus on female characters (femslash, gen, and het), though I have some slash ships too. Also, wow, my Ao3 works are a mess, I need to go through and recategorise everything! Right now you have to check "Dragon Age Origins" "Dragon Age 2" AND "Dragon Age: all media types" to see everything, even aside from the fact that only some of my art is there.

Tell us about your favorite/one of your DA:O Wardens: I'm currently working on my canon playthrough with Kirana Mahariel, an apprentice storyteller who's reluctant to leave her clan, but is quick to pick up the Wardens' cause once it's apparent that holy shit everything is a disaster (and is much happier with things in general once she starts falling in love with Leliana!)
Tell us about your favorite/one of your DA2 Hawkes: Cissa Hawke's playthrough is coming up once I'm ready to import Kirana's save. I'm still unsure of how things are going to play out with her, but she'll be a very pro-mage rogue who romances Merrill.
Favorite storyline/quest: In DAO, probably sitting around Fort Drakon in those weird Thedosian undergarments (seriously though, who decided that a strapless bra is a reasonable thing to wear under platemail?) while the companions use totally ludicrous excuses to try to sneak in. In DA2, the Legacy DLC -- I love the backstory, the plot, the fights, and all those stale biscuits.
What are you most looking forward to with Inquisition: Watching all the things I thought were good decisions in previous games turn out to have doomed everyone, all the characters I'm gonna smooch, JUMPING (!!!), crafting, oh my gosh everything though. (I just edited this answer because I can't remember what's spoilery and what isn't. /o\)

Anything else you want us to know: No matter whether or not it would be in character to do so, I never bring Anders to the Blackmarsh and I never accept Justice into my party after we leave the Fade, just so I can tell myself I did my best to prevent the inevitable. :D Sorry, Kirkwall. I tried.

Tell us about your favorite/one of your DA:O Wardens: Probably Lyna Mahariel, my only Ultimate Sacrifice Warden. Rogue, dual wielder (although I headcanon that she switched out with bow fairly frequently), ranger. She was older, very clan/troop oriented, fell somewhat surprisingly in love with Alistair. She had an unlimited joy in the value of people, was proud of her found clan, and was terribly sad to leave them.
Tell us about your favorite/one of your DA2 Hawkes: Aeryn. Rogue, dual wielder (I have a type), assassin. Very fond of her shadow skills. Dark red hair and grey eyes, short and deceptively curvaceous under her leathers. Rival-manced Sebastian and battle partners with Fenris.
Favorite storyline/quest: I like Legacy and the Duty/Repentance arc that comes with Sebastian's DLC. In DAO, I like Nature of the Beast.
What are you most looking forward to with Inquisition: I have managed to miss all major developments in the Inquisition storyline, so I guess the thing I'm looking forward to most is the companions and learning how they develop.

Tell us about your favorite/one of your DA:O Wardens: Canon Warden is Margery Amell, a circle mage who would rather live in a nice hut in the middle of nowhere. She is also rather polite and diplomatic. She romanced Leliana and rule Amaranthine with a firm but caring hand, Sadly she was not allowed to use the right of conscription on everyone she met.
Tell us about your favorite/one of your DA2 Hawkes: Dahlia Hawke, dual rogue, very family oriented. Romanced
OT3 Poly Love with Fenris and IsabelaMerrill, sided with the mages. Bethany became a Warden.Favorite storyline/quest: Aveline's in Act 2. XD
What are you most looking forward to with Inquisition:
* The 200 hours I'll be spending on the CC.
* The 300+ hours I'll be spending getting lost.
* New Friends and Romance.
* Seeing if my gaming skills have improved.

Tell us about your favorite/one of your DA:O Wardens: Aelethenn Amell was my only Warden for a long time, a highly intelligent, diplomatic Circle Mage who is very logical, though doesn't always make the decisions others would want her to make.
Tell us about your favorite/one of your DA2 Hawkes: I love all my Hawkes so much it's hard to choose. They all hold a special place in my heart for different reasons... my favorite is probably Gawyn Hawke--my two-handed angry warrior. He was really interesting because his dialogue was a mix between Red direct and Green Diplomatic. I got a lot of new conversations that I had never had in my previous playthroughs before. He is also a walking wall and I love him.
Favorite storyline/quest: I really really enjoyed the Legacy DLC in DA2.
What are you most looking forward to with Inquisition: More about the Fade, and new companions and old companions, of course. And exploring more Thedas!
If you create fanworks (fic, art, etc) for DA, recommend one to us: Respects is probably one of the better things I've written, let alone better fanfics. It's a little AU for my canonverse for my Maebh Hawke, and also a little not Andrastian with graves, but I still very much like it. Also, I have a running prompt list of 100 Days, and am doing them from the PoV of Sebastian--prompt order (still updating) is here, first post at the bottom; chronological order (still updating) is here, starting at the top and scrolling down.

Tell us about your favorite/one of your DA:O Wardens: Keiryn Amell is my canon Warden - a scholarly and very studious Circle mage, she gets together with Alistair and stays with him in the Wardens.
Tell us about your favorite/one of your DA2 Hawkes: Sara Hawke is my canon Hawke - a scout in the King's Army, she adapts easily to mercenary life but not nobility. She's well-intentioned but a bit oblivious, and is very clannish.
Favorite storyline/quest: It's so hard to pick just one! Both Fenris and Anders' storylines in DA2.
What are you most looking forward to with Inquisition: Getting to know a whole new cast of characters - and perhaps seeing some of my old friends from previous games!

Tell us about your favorite/one of your DA:O Wardens: Brian Amell was a complete prick - Urn-poisoning, bribe-taking shit with the morals of a Sydney real estate developer. He romanced Morrigan, shafted Alistair and recruited Loghain. He was also the only playthrough that survived me updating my hard drive in 2011 or so. As a result my DA2 playthroughs are always a little weird.
Tell us about your favorite/one of your DA2 Hawkes: Zebulon Hawke was my Red Hawke, a cranky rogue who went from looking like Godfrey Gao to looking like Jack Nicholson in the space of ten years. He married Merrill as a counterpoint to all that redness.
Favorite storyline/quest: I have a perpetual soft spot for Slim Couldry's little effort

Tell us about your favorite/one of your DA:O Wardens: Lorelei Cousland is my dual-wielding, politically savvy, somewhat ruthless Warden-Queen.
Tell us about your favorite/one of your DA2 Hawkes: Rhiannon Hawke is my mage Champion who got me writing again. Her story is a slight deviation from canon: she and Cullen have a romantic relationship.
Favorite storyline/quest: I actually really like the Deep Roads and the Urn quest in DAO, and I love the Warden's Keep DLC. I love Kal'Hirol in Awakening. Also very fond of Mark of the Assassin and Legacy in DA2.
What are you most looking forward to with Inquisition: Companion banter, strategizing with my advisors, the beautiful environments, playing as a huge badass Qunari lady, and seeing how the romances play out

Anything else you want us to know: I love meta and talking about various real-world or Thedas-based implications of DA lore, which was why I initially set this account up; although I met some awesome people and had some great convos on Tumblr, it didn't feel like the best format for discussions.

Tell us about one of your DA:O Wardens: Currently I only have one since I lost my PC saves, so I'll just talk about her. Velaynne is a human blood mage, spirit healer and battle mage. She romanced Leliana, accidentally sided with the templars, killed the elves, sided with Branhka, made Behlen king, killed Isolde, saved the Ashes, promised Connor to the demon, killed Loghain, Alistair and Anora got married, she did the dark ritual, spared the Architect and spared Avernus. Her morality is grey at best although she tries to do good.
Tell us about one of your DA2 Hawkes: I only have one Hawke as well. Garrett is a templar/reaver who is sympathetic to mages and romanced Anders (although idk if he's going to be executed or not yet, haven't gotten that far).
Favorite Storyline/Quest: FLEMETH!!! Because there's still just so much we don't know.
What are you looking forward to most in Inquisition?: EVERYTHING!!! (and also Old God baby).

5 Favorite Dragon Age Characters: Aveline, Alistair, Isabela, Anders, Zevran, Sigrun....?? It'd be easier to list the characters I don't care for.
Favorite DA:O Warden: Lyna Mahariel (pictured in my icon) is a Dalish hunter and warrior; initially she's bitter but resigned to her fate as a Warden, but she takes to it over the year or so that Origins spans, and finds a purpose in being a Warden. She is quite the moral relativist, but she's direct, stubborn, and intensely protective of her loved ones. She romances Alistair and they stay with the Wardens together, but she has at least three AUs with different love interests (including two of my friends' OCs).
Favorite DA2 Hawkes: Marie Hawke is a mage and something of a radical, very anti-Circle and would have been right there with Anders if she could've. She's sarcastic but with a heart of gold; she means well, really, and can be quite sweet with her friends, but defaults to flippancy with most people. She romanced Isabela.
Favorite storyline/quest: Nature of the Beast, in Origins.
What are you most looking forward to with Inquisition: Being able to play a Dalish elf again!
If you create fanworks, recommend one to us: I think the best I've written (and the most well-received by far) is Stitches, a lighthearted DAII fic centered around Aveline and Merrill. I'm also working on my Mahariel's "canon" for post-DAII and leading up to Inquisition, with the first chapter just finished: There Be No Justice.
Anything else: I have a lot of headcanons about the Dalish; I love and am pretty protective of them and of elves in general in this universe. I am known to collect other people's Mahariels. I am a queer agender-type-creature and will accept "he" or "they" pronouns.

Tell us about your favorite/one of your DA:O Wardens: Katie Brosca my still living Hero of Ferelden, friend to Queen Anora, and paragon of the dwarves, who still visits Dust Town to spend time with Nadezda when she has the chance. She and Alistair are still together, off doing some righteous Grey Wardening.
Tell us about your favorite/one of your DA2 Hawkes: Xia Hawke, diplo mage who tried her best to aim for peace and failed almost every time. She was incredibly frustrated by Kirkwall, but still optimistic that things can change for the better.
Favorite storyline/quest: Paragon of Her Kind
What are you most looking forward to with Inquisition: The more immersive world and story

Okay, so, I made myself a lovely human warrior with roughly my own coloring, all pretty brown-brown-black, and then she ended up with an incongruously white family, so then I had to come up with reasons for that, and therefore:
Canthe Cousland, born to a lyrium-addled Templar fleeing both Rivain and paranoia, and adopted by Bryce and Eleanor shortly thereafter. Branded Tranquil at 6 years (because, complicated), despite her complete lack of magic, and emerges with her sense of self/Fade/reality more scrambled than excised. Never after sure what she can trust.
Fears, even in adulthood, that she is innately evil (also because, complicated). Determined to shield her people, whoever they may be at the time, from harm. Loves them all, but Zevran and Morrigan best.
Tell us about your favorite/one of your DA2 Hawkes:
Haven’t much developed my Hawke. Rogue, daggers. BFF with Fenris. Still mad at Sebastian.
Favorite storyline/quest:
I, um, really liked the Fade (both Circle and Feynriel versions).

People are cool. I like talking to them and would love more internet-friends. Meta is fascinating.
